Your practitioner will then start to apply firm, but gentle pressure to specific acupoints on your body, alleviating your symptoms in the process, re-establishing qi flow, and restoring your body’s balance.
You may experience soreness, dizziness, and bruising after an acupressure session. It’s normally advised not to have acupressure if you are pregnant.
