Acupressure is based around the belief that in traditional Chinese medicine our health is governed by the energy (qi) flow through certain channels (meridians) in our body. You may experience soreness, dizziness, and bruising after an acupressure session. It’s normally advised not to have acupressure if you are pregnant.
