What a fabulous experience! I chatted to the fabulous receptionist (I should have asked her name) and then Lauren took me through to the treatment room. I was impressed by how stylish and impeccably clean it was. I went with an idea of what treatment I wanted but after chatting to Lauren she helped me understand more about different treatment options to deal with what my areas of concern. I highly recommend this place!

The girl is lovely, but makes me anxious waiting a while with my health condition as I have to time things well and waited a while when the girl who came in after me said she was late? Just feel like maybe I should have been communicated about it better as it made me extremely anxious and feel when I come to address my issue, I feel bad. But I'm always happy with the treatments and the friendliness. She is a lovely person. Just maybe bare this in mind.
