Lip Loft is professional and clean but I truly enjoy the laid back feel of her space and great conversation There is no uptight feeling or uncomfortableness. We are all there for the same reason- to look and feel our best! I love her honesty and respect that she always recommends what is best for your face and your long term goals- not to push more services/amnt needed Her entire staff is great! Had an amazing hydra facial as well. Need to book another!

The place is beautiful! Complete professionals from my fast return phone call after leaving a message on a Sunday. They answered all of my 101 questions about injections. Fillers and facials. I had my first service today with Kayleigh- a. Ultrasonic facial with lymphatic draining and red light therapy. My skin looks AMAZING! I will def be back! She took the time to answe my questions and educate me on every step! Cannot wait for my appt with Jackie in May and cannot wait for my next facial with Kayleigh again! She is she knowledgeable and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Mikaela was very knowledgeable about the PRF treatment for my under eye area. Little to no pain and I felt very comfortable chatting while having my treatment. I loved the vibe when walking in , it doesn’t have the “med spa” feell which I love. Everything was very clean and professional. Highly recommend

She is masterful at making everything balanced and youthful while ensuring to maintain a natural look (just with less wrinkles and more definition). Alt the girls are great! Had 2 amazing facials, and have also seen Mikayla for PRF.👍👍 I had some bad past experiences with surgeries and Jakki helped so much with balancing my features and helping me get my confidence back and looking more like myself! I’ve been seeing Jakki for Botox/fillers/complete facial balancing for approx 3 years. Have gone to other injectors in the past w/ good results, but nothing compares to Jackki’s clinical knowledge & technical expertise! Results are far above other injectors. She is truly an artist & only does what will balance & accentuate YOUR structure & features. She has no problem saying“no” or that less is needed! Nobody does my hair as well as Lia. The ladies here are the best in their craft. I won't even bother going into Boston or any other city again. The quality in service and true hospitality cannot be replicated. Any other salon I've ever been to anywhere just does not measure up. Thank you ladies for always keeping me looking my best. I leave as a new person every time! I cannot recommend this salon enough. I tell everyone I know to come here. This is the salon to choose. Period!

Sami is the BEST and I’ll never go anywhere else!! The stylists at this salon are all extremely friendly and professional. The salon is whistle clean, bright, cheery, and even play great music. They have a nice coffee station too
