I had my first consultation at Harley Skin & Laser Clinic today, and I couldn’t be happier. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. I’ve struggled with self-consciousness about my skin for a long time—particularly due to acne scarring and moles—so finally taking this step was a big deal for me. Amy, was lovely. She was not only professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly. She really took the time to explain/explore my best treatment options for my concerns. My hydro facial was super, my skin feels amazing 🤩. The room was so welcoming and cosy loved the heated bed, Gaynor is so lovely I’m already excited for my next facial. The salon is beautiful too.

Overall, everything was good, I loved my facial. I enjoyed the electric blanket and even doozed off a bit. I didn't appreciate was being asked if I wanted a hair wrap and when I said "Yes", it was handed to me to put it on by myself. Usually, the staff have always done this as standard practice. I've never had to wear it myself. It takes away from a pampering experience if as a client I have to put the head wrap on by myself. It felt odd to me. Thank you.

First time Micro-needling , which was a little bit uncomfortable at the time but it was followed by the most delightful masks/serum and LED light therapy. I would highly recommend the ultimate facial - new collagen incoming 😊thanks Gaynor

Yulin was very welcoming, the environment was very relaxed and calming. And it was the best massage and facial I’ve ever had. Changing all my knots. The pressure was just right. Really enjoyed it and would 100% recommend.

I had a magical time with Lynne in her heeling tree. I think I may have fallen asleep in the middle, but it was a wonderful experience, and I feel so much better now. Definitely will visit again!

I would highly recommend The Healing Tree. I felt completely at ease with Yu Lin, her gentle and calming manner relaxed me within minutes. I had a full body massage, lasting 1 hour and I didn't what it to end. Yu Lin found every knot and by the end of the session I felt amazing. I will definitely be going back to her lovely treatment room.

Had my first hot stone massage with Lin and the experience was absolutely perfect. I felt so comfortable and relaxed through out the treatment. Lin was so welcoming and friendly and the place was beautiful, peaceful and private. Lin was very knowledgeable and provided the best massage I’ve ever had. Iv had the most relaxing 90-minute hydro facial this Sunday afternoon, It was pure bliss! . I found the experience incredibly rejuvenating. The tranquil atmosphere added to the whole relaxation vibe, and I left feeling completely relaxed with visibly radiant skin. A perfect treat for the weekend!

Hi I had the ultimate facial by gaynor yesterday it was so relaxing. Today my face is a little pink but glowing plump & my skin feeling fantastic. I highly recommend this facial just make sure you have no plans for the next 24 hours if you don’t want to go out with a pink face.
