Wonderful experience. Emily made me feel at ease the minute I walked through the door. It was my first facial and it didn't disappoint. I was stressed on arrival as I have recently had a bereavement. Emily was very kind and understanding. She listened to me. The facial was excellent and she explained what she was doing at each stage. I was made to feel uncomfortable by another lady when I arrived as I was speaking to Emily and told I was too loud. This was nothing to do with Emily.
