First time getting a Hifu facial. Great experience my main concern was fine lines and looking for a treatment to help tighten my ski but didnt want to go down the botox route. I took advantage of a free 20 minute consultation with Michelle. She was very knowledegable took time chatting to me about my options and I felt confident on my decision. Michelle talked me through each step of my treatment. I was made to feel very relaxed and welcomed during my visit by both Michelle and Annemarie. My first treatment from Heather and I felt comfortable and confident from the start as she really put me at ease due to her obvious wealth of experience and knowledge. As someone who bruises and swells very easily I am delighted that the treatment using a cannula was quick and painless with minimal swelling and no bruising at all. That and the fact that the result I was hoping for was achieved ensures that I will return for future treatments.
