The shop was clean, Sara was well dressed and cheerful. I was ushered into a treatment room and then the magic happened. Sara talked to me about each stage, told me exactly what she was doing and why. She gave explanations of why my skin was the way it was and how without using nasty drugs or anything that would harm me she could fix it. She did. Abra cadabra... I looked beautiful. I think she has an excellent knowledge on what she does and her professionalism made me feel safe and when she was done, Sara gave me instructions on the post care regime. Excellent service.
