I had an amazing experience with Grace during my glue lifting Korean facial at the Essence Lounge. She is extremely professional, gentle, and clearly very skilled at what she does. Thank you for the wonderful service! The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. I had a massage, manicure, and pedicure, and everything was done to a very high standard. A special thank you to Lena from customer service—she is absolutely amazing, so friendly, and made the whole experience even better. 👌🏻🫶🏻 They also offer a Sharqi (belly dance) class with Lobna. I haven’t tried it yet, but I definitely will, and I’ll be happy to share my experience after attending.
