The ambiance is one of a kind, calming and beautifully designed, setting the perfect tone for relaxation. My esthetician was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. She took the time to understand my skin concerns and customized the treatment to suit my needs. The facial itself was heavenly—gentle, thorough, and left my skin glowing and refreshed.

Very relaxing. Sherice was very friendly and down to earth which made my first time experience very comfortable. She did exactly what I wanted on my toes which is commendable. Will definitely be back and booking with Sherice again.

Always a wonderful time with the girls at Isla, Pedicures are amazing and thorough. Ruth is my #1 choice for nails :) she is very neat and nail application is thin and looks natural! But everyone else is also good! Juan and Krystal for hair!!

Ritu, my aesthetician, was lovely and very competent, and my treatment was very relaxing. The only thing that could have been better would have been a little quieter atmosphere. There were people outside the treatment area carrying on a conversation that kind of disrupted the experience.

It is my second time going to Nova Spa and they didn't disappoint!!! Quality customer service as it should be. Excellent job guys..you all made me feel special.

The staff were very kind and accommodating. The place was very therapeutic and all round very pleasant and an absolutely lovely experience.
