The message therapist took the time to inquire if I had any present body pains and was very understanding. She incorporated some therapy in the affected area even though it was somewhat outside of the type of message I had booked. I appreciated this type of care and attention given to me and thank Ennaira for supporting this, going above and beyond. This is encouraging.

Dr. Deonarine is personable yet professional. Having experienced being under her care for now two services, I have no complaints. What stands out to me is that she constantly tries to improve her patient's experience. She notes the little details, reactions etc and genuinely listens. She strategises and presents options so I've always had the opportunity to choose what I am most comfortable with. She chats but still educates. Can't wait to continue booking with her!

A lovely experience as always. Waxing could be an unpleasant and or painful experience but Kenika ensures her clients are welcomed and relaxed. I was in and out 15 minutes.. pain free!

The level of professionalism that I experience at this establishment was above board, my interaction with the receptionist, so pleasant. Dr. Arianne took her time in explaining and guided me , towards the best possible procedure after my Consultation. I love her words of assurance and comfort “we would get you there” The fact that my appointment wasn’t rushed, reduced my anxiety and I felt relaxed. 10/10!!!! I did a pedicure with french tips and my feet are as smooth as a baby’s bottom. The energy in the spa is so warm and inviting, it literally felt like being with family. Kenika and her sister are so absolutely wonderful, don’t book all the spots because I will be coming back every month!!!
