This was my second time getting a massage from Adrian, and it was simply amazing. I was exhausted from traveling and hadn’t slept well, but after the massage, I felt completely revitalized. I will definitely come back every time I visit Ponta Delgada.

I went to see Adrian with a relentless stiffness pain in the center of my back. Adrian worked his magic for 90 minutes and managed to gently get my back to let go of the tension, which allowed the one vertebrae culprit to become settled in its correct position. Thank again Adrian for a job well done and for an incredible massage.

I suffer from chronic pain. Primarily from osteoarthritis in my ankles and knees, fibromyalgia, and nerve pain from a damaged lower spine. Of the many massages I have experienced, for chronic pain, the massage that I received from Adrian was like a gift from Heaven. His technique gave relief and comfort to my pain, prone, problem areas. I felt "So Fixed" after my massage with Adrian that I will become a regular monthly customer of his!!! For a wonderful relaxing massage or to ease the pain of arthritis or other chronic pain, I highly recommend Adrian and this unique style of massage.

He is wise and truly connected to the vibrations of the universe and the elements that he incorporates and shares in the treatment. The sound bath and massage were epic, moving my husband and to high level emotional healing. All our love to Nuno for this transformational experience.
