Adrian's prominent position in Google search results for massages in Ponta Delgada is well-deserved. Beyond being exceptionally empathetic, caring & friendly, he is a skilled professional with a genuine passion for his work. The Lomi-Lomi Nui massage itself was a great experience. I know a lot of massage techniques, & many have their advantages. This one is not about releasing as much tension as possible by applying a lot of pressure, but about bringing about relaxation in a a different way. Despite being initially tense & disconnected, I left feeling harmoniously connected with myself again.

I went to see Adrian with a relentless stiffness pain in the center of my back. Adrian worked his magic for 90 minutes and managed to gently get my back to let go of the tension, which allowed the one vertebrae culprit to become settled in its correct position. Thank again Adrian for a job well done and for an incredible massage.
