This was my second time getting a massage from Adrian, and it was simply amazing. I was exhausted from traveling and hadn’t slept well, but after the massage, I felt completely revitalized. I will definitely come back every time I visit Ponta Delgada.

Nuno is an incredible massage therapist and healer. One of the kindest, gentlest souls I’ve met. He knew exactly how to work with my chronic pain and tension from arthritis, a slipped disc and sciatica. I would highly recommend him and wish I had a massage therapist as good as him back home.

Had a lovely experience with Adrian. Is a very gentle caring massage, like a whole body hug. Although very gentle is very effective reliving the muscle tension and I can already feel my muscles melting away. Unfortunately I am just here for holidays, otherwise would become a regular client. I went to see Adrian with a relentless stiffness pain in the center of my back. Adrian worked his magic for 90 minutes and managed to gently get my back to let go of the tension, which allowed the one vertebrae culprit to become settled in its correct position.
