Nuno is an incredible massage therapist and healer. One of the kindest, gentlest souls I’ve met. He knew exactly how to work with my chronic pain and tension from arthritis, a slipped disc and sciatica. I would highly recommend him and wish I had a massage therapist as good as him back home.

Nuno was fantastic. He clearly knows exactly what he was doing, a true professional and very caring. I booked a Deep Tissue Massage and Nuno included some energy work and reflexology to help me with my shoulder. He left me with some tips on how to improve my shoulder over time. I’ve been suffering from major back, leg and hip pain due to foot arthritis surgery, being in bed with foot elevated for 3 months. This meant I had to develop a new walking pattern after stressing back and neck and wake up tired muscles all over. It all equated to a better foot but a broken, aching body. Was regretting it. Literally couldn’t turn in bed at night. Adrian found all the connected areas that were causing the pain. Feeling 100% better. It was a quality of life changing moment/ I will be back for another 2 hour session.thank you Adrian♥️
