Fire & Ice experience really does make you feel wonderful after. Needed space and mental clarity - got that and the bonus of my body feeling alive. Also led to a 9 hour sleep and my watch telling me I was 100% ready for the day this morning! Facilities are fab and Sarah radiates positivity. Try it if you haven't :)

It was amazing, I was very nervous, girls were friendly and helpful, just loved the sauna and the ice bath was exhilarating !

Jaxon had been wanting a cool hair cut not like mum does, so where do we go Only Fades in Gore ! I was amazed how much skill goes into this sort of cut and Jaxon was quite speechless and it was perfect. One very happy boy and yay to mum not having to cut the hair again !! Thanks team ☺️
