I had an amazing experience with designer 냔 (nyan) and finally got the hair color I wanted! I came to get a black color removal without bleaching because I wanted to remove my black hair color without using bleach. 냔 (nyan) carefully listened to my concerns and explained everything during the consultation and throughout the treatment. My case was quite difficult because of the previous black color, but 냔 (nyan) explained the process in detail and did an amazing job. I’m so happy that my hair turned out beautifully in the chocolate brown color I wanted! ❤️

공항에 가야 해서 시간이 많이 촉박했는데, 우정희 디자이너님께 빠르게 부탁드렸어요. 시간에 맞춰주시려고 두 분이 같이 손질해주셨는데 정말 빠르고 세심하게 해주셨어요! 덕분에 공항 가는 시간도 전혀 늦지 않았고, 무엇보다 결과가 너무 마음에 들어요 🥰 급하게 부탁드렸는데도 제가 원했던 앞머리와 얼굴 옆 라인을 정말 예쁘고 자연스럽게 잘라주셔서 너무 만족스러웠어요. 친절하게 신경 써주셔서 정말 감사합니다. 다음에 서울에 오면 또 우정희 디자이너님께 받고 싶어요! ❤️

This was an amazing experience and I was well taken care of. Bora took plenty of time to work with me to figure out the style that I wanted. I trusted her to help me choose a style based on my face shape and the type of hair I have. The overall experience was very positive and I will definitely come back on my next trip to Seoul. I highly recommend her and all the other assistants who took care of me during my visit.
