Feeling the benefit of reflexology, also I find linda very calming so welcoming and very easy to relax with. Now i dont feel guilty anymore taking the time that was badly needed for myself. I normally get Reiki and reflexogy treatment and i feel its helping me to connect with myself again after the menopause decided to bulldoze its way into my life.
