Great massage from a professional guy

Attended Kieran this morning, this is my second visit with Kieran. Kieran has a great ability to make you feel at ease which helps with relaxation. I had a recovery session and back and shoulder massage. It was amazing Kieran talks you through all that is happening and listens to what you are saying. I felt really great after . Kieran gave me additional advice regarding strengthening and stretching my muscles and also drink plenty of water following the session. I would highly recommend a visit to KT sports therapist. He explains everything very clearly. Well done Kieran thank you.

I've had many sessions with Dawn and each one has been fantastic. She's incredibly intuitive and seems to know exactly what my body needs. Her approach is always personalized, and I leave every session feeling relaxed, balanced, and cared for. Highly recommend!
