My wife and I had a fantastic time during our 80-minute full body oil massage at Thy Massage Windsor. A huge thank you to our therapists, Ms. Phin and Ms. Yim, for providing such a wonderful experience. Their skill was evident—they found every tight spot and worked it out with expert pressure. The room was peaceful, the massage was perfectly paced, we left feeling completely relaxed and stress-free. It was the perfect way to spend time together and unwind. We will definitely be back!

What a beautiful day, thank you so much. Lovely treatments, wonderful afternoon tea, and amazing and friendly staff.

It was my first time at Roots in Windsor.I liked the detailed consultation, the ways highlights were applied, the washing up of the hair. By the time, Charlotte cut and blow dried my hair, there was no need of words, she knew what I wanted and was excellent at delivering it! Thank you, great experience! Polite hairdresser, clean and relaxing place! I will come back!!!

I have been coming to Thy Spa Windsor for the past 3 years and I am so happy I found this place. The entire staff is terrific and you simply can't get a bad massage here. I have high standards and everyone I have seen to include, Ms. May, Ms. Ruth, Mr. Tao and in the past 6 months Ms. Annie have all been terrific. A big thank you to you all. Nice facial. Would have been nice to have arm/hand massage whilst the mask is on, instead of lying there for 10 minutes. Feel it’s a little cheeky when you’re paying for 75 minute facial but you lose 10 minutes of this.

I had an amazing experience at Ritzy’s. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The attention to detail was impressive, Dom really listened to what I wanted and delivered a cut that was even better than I imagined. Great fade, and the kind of precision you only get from someone who genuinely cares about their craft. The shop has a great atmosphere friendly, professional, and relaxed we booked my wife in the following day. I left feeling fresh, confident, and already looking forward to my next visit. I had a very professional and friendly experience. The salon is very clean , staff are friendly and work with your hair exactly as you ask. I saw many women come and leave looking very glam. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking for a hairdresser in the windsor area.
