The whole experience was great, from the moment I arrived I felt comfortable, relax and listen too. I was really happy with the end result, the colour and cut. It look good the next morning which isn't usually the case with my hair. The next test will be when I wash it myself. It was my first visit to Kelly and I will definitely be going back.

Had the most perfect experience the salon was so welcoming and stef took the time to find out exactly what I wanted and what would work best for my hair type, I absolutly love my new hair I have no complaints at all from my whole experience, fantastic salon 💇‍♀️

Nails look great every time and massage was amazing! So easy to book and plenty of parking and good range of services. Very flexible, wouldn’t go anywhere else in Taunton now.

Can absolutely recommend not only just to relax but has really helped improve conditions such as ME/CFS fibromyalgia. I felt so much better after spending three hours of relaxation and therapy really worked and the atmosphere and general care was five stars Thank you so much for sincere kindness and generosity we will definitely be coming back

Excellent service as always Gil does the BEST pedicure in Taunton 🤩 and amazing gel nails. Hygienic clinic. Gil takes her time and is gentle. Gil helped get my nails in amazing condition for my wedding earlier in the year. Highly recommend a visit .

Extremely knowledgeable about hair products & everything about hair. It’s clear Anastasia researches & doesnt take anything for granted. I am delighted with the way she cut & styled my hair!

Had a lovely last minute couples spa day. Jo was super friendly and felt looked after. We loved our time there and could easily have stayed longer. The red light therapy was lovely. Felt like being out in the sun but knowing your receiving good benefits. Will definitely come back soon.

Kelly did an amazing job on my really thick hair, I'm so happy with it! Feels so much fresher and lighter.
