From the momemt you walk in Katie is so friendly and welcoming you are put instantly at ease. She asks you questions regarding what you would like to achieve out of the appointment and checking medical history. Then she gets to work of making you feel completely relaxed. I booked a facial this time, it was amazing. There was also a massage including within the facial and it just felt very luxurious to have a bit of me time. My skin feels fantastic and when she finished she gave me little goodies to go away with. Am looking forward to the next time.
