Have been a client of Monarch for a few years now Chloe is the best so professional I trust her and she knows my hair for a cut colour and keratin smoothing treatmentI used to go to her in the salon in portsmouth where she previously worked I travel to petersfield to see her . Oh my god. I have just got home from having my hair done with Chloe… i am OBSESSED!
