Best Salons in Penrith

I visited Blonde Theory in Penrith for the first time for a balayage and cut, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! Rianna was amazing - her attention to detail was incredible, and she really took the time to get the colour just right. It’s honestly the best colour I’ve had in years. The salon has a cosy yet professional atmosphere, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Elena is lovely and interesting to chat to. She was v good doing my nails. The colour available should have been checked by staff and replaced as slightly gone dry leaving a lumpy finish
