Sam is amazing at sports massage. My neck and shoulders were like a brick and Sam expertly freed them up and has relieved me of stiffness and pain. She listens to you and offers self help advice, she is very caring, supportive and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend Sam enough

I’ve had quite a few treatments with Livv and know just how talented she is. Today was my first facial with her - and it was phenomenal! Her quiet, but confident and so so calm personality transferred through her hands to give me an incredibly restoring hour of bliss. (And my nails are great too!)

Samantha is very experienced and was able to identify the issue quickly by analysing my mobility first, before massaging my back and shoulders. After the treatment it was clear how much my mobility was improved. Highly recommend!
