sam was so helpful and really helped my ailments and afterwards sent me some exercises to work on , i would definately recomend a visit .

Elena is a very experienced beautician with a professional and friendly approach towards her clients. This was my first visit. She explained the process very clearly and gave advise on after care. I really like her beauty ethos, she is very honest, putting her client at the centre of care.

I have really improved in strength and can walk with confidence and less back pain. I am amazed at how effective the programme developed for me was. She is very experienced and highly knowledgeable. I would recommend Sam to anyone who wants to improve their level of fitness especially if they have had some form of injury.
