Taken to another level of 5* customer service! Having forgotten to book an appointment for my 6 weekly haircut. Called into Taffy's Neath on the off chance that Sarah could fit me in? Sarah informed me that she was fully booked up, sorry. No problem, I'll book for later in the week. However Sarah phoned me 10mins later, saying she had just had an appointment cancellation & could fit me in if I still wanted my haircut? I said "I'll be there in 5 mins" As usual Sarah cut my hair to my requirements & her consistently high standard of barbership. Thank you Sarah for fitting me in, much appreciated

As always, a great haircut at Taffy's Neath today from barber/stylist Sarah. Due to me booking my appointment late last night. My recent usual barber/stylist Jamie was fully booked up & unavailable. However Jamie as always, greeted me with a warm welcome. Stylist Sarah was brilliant & I knew the excellent customer service giving at Taffy's Neath would be maintained. Sarah cut my hair to my requirements with a friendly & professional chat as I expected she would. Well done Sarah. I find, as an OAP, Taffy's prices are very reasonable & great VFM for the barbering service you & the team provide

Had my hair coloured at Blossom Neath yesterday with Caitlyn, and she was incredible as always! She knows exactly what I like, and the colour came out perfect. The salon has such a fun, friendly vibe, and I’m obsessed with their cute little coffee menu too. Always a joy to visit!

Sophie was fab, super welcoming and she made me feel so at ease! She is an expert at what she does, she explained everything thoroughly from the start, during and after - and it made the experience so much more comfortable! Just returned from a lovely appointment with Sophie. Not only was the appointment relaxing but Sophie gave lots of lovely advice and helped me choose a colour for my nails I would not have normally chosen. I absolutely love it !
