Excellent service. Body required some running repairs. For me fantastic location as within walking distance. Very clean well presented room. She took time to explain what & why the techniques she was applying. More importantly removed / fixed a lot of muscle tightness I was experiencing from many months of training. Addressed any questions I had. I would happily recommend CJ Flow Wellness. Follow up appointment already booked.

Most importantly, she checked in constantly to ensure the pressure was exactly right, adjusting her approach based on how my body responded, making it a truly bespoke treatment tailored to my needs.
