Best Salons in Milford Haven

I’ve had many sports massages before but I would have to say this has been the best. Charlotte was welcoming, freindly and explained everything. Having had issues with my shoulders and arms she worked on both as well as my back and I feel like a new man. I will 100% be returning and making it a part of my training/ recovery. Thank you :)

Becoming a regular & this was my 3rd visit. As always taking time to ensure I am comfortable. I have my back & Legs (front & back) massaged to assist with recovery from training. She continues to explain the techniques she is using & I believe she thoroughly enjoy easing those knots out of the muscles ;). Seriously with the help of Charlotte it enables me to recover from training & be at my best for upcoming training sessions / competitions. Great facilities & ideal location for me. Love all my treatments I have with Lauren always come out feeling pampered relaxed and beautiful lashes or nails, Wouldn’t go anywhere else Lauren always manages to work around times and days which are best for me Highly recommend 🫶

Amy is absolutely lovely! She did an amazing job with my nails! I’m so happy with how they turned out ❤️ She’s also fantastic with children. I had booked in for my 2 year old to get her nails done as well, but she wasn’t interested on the day, and Amy was completely understanding and relaxed about it. Such a great experience all round 💅

First time Amelia doing my hair , absolutely lovely young lady and very accommodating and extremely professional but most of all friendly. Lovely two hours spent totally chilling and felt a million dollars leaving the salon. Thankyou Amelia I’ll definitely be visiting you again !
