  • From the moment I arrived, Lucy made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, and made sure I felt at ease throughout the entire appointment. Her attention to detail was incredible — every lash was perfectly placed, and the final result looks absolutely beautiful. The whole experience felt so calming and I was so relaxed it was a real treat, couldn’t recommend Lucy enough xx
