Couldn’t be happier! My hair got great treatment, got a relaxer and trim to ensure my hair remains healthiest. the staff is pure gold, and the twin effect? Legendary. Shana and Shanan made the whole experience a total blast. I'll be back soon for a protein treatment!

First time , 100% will be returning, chantelle was amazing , I have very difficult hair and she knew exactly how to deal with it , listened and was extremely patient , never felt rushed even though I went well over the hour allocated, we discussed hair colour for my next visit and she gave me some really good advice

Rather concerned but no need to be. Sarah was lovely and kept checking I was ok. The results are fabulous. She also put a little more arch in my eyebrows. Sarah was patient and put me at ease. I'm moving in next week so can keep getting treatments! 🤣. Sarah is also aways on hand for advice and aftercare ❤️

Really good yet again

Listened closely to my worries and concerns, never had this treatment before. Was a little uncomfortable but with more numbing cream I was surprised when it was completed! End result exactly what I asked for! Was great to hear that if after two days anything I wasn't quite 100% with just could go back. I'm so pleased with the result. Thank you so much x
