Had my first appointment with Rich, primarily to address long term chest muscle issues. Rich knew exactly what needed doing and not only gave a great sports massage, he was also a pleasure to talk too, resulting in a 1hr session going very quickly. My chest felt much better, immediately afterwards and Rich gave me some pointers re. regular exercises. I highly recommend Farnborough Sports Massage & I look forward to visiting again! Finola is an amazing person that I’ve recently met. I’m so lucky to have found such an experienced cosmetic consultant who has years of experience along with her top qualifications, which just make you feel in good hands. I’ve had quite a bit of fillers & threads on my face & she just knows where to inject to pull up wrinkles or plump up your skin. She’s not into pulling your skin tight but to rejuvenate what you already have & improve volume. So definitely better than a £10k face-lift!! Definitely a girl I’ll keep for life, just such a beautiful person.

I've been seeing Rich at Farnborough Sports massage for years; he is incredible. He mostly addresses my sports and weight training-related tightness and knotsn and is an absolute wizard. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

Excellent massage. I was not feeling good when I arrived due to my back problem which causes my muscles to spasm. Afterwards everything had relaxed down and the pain had subsided.
