Had my first appointment with Rich, primarily to address long term chest muscle issues. Rich knew exactly what needed doing and not only gave a great sports massage, he was also a pleasure to talk too, resulting in a 1hr session going very quickly. My chest felt much better, immediately afterwards and Rich gave me some pointers re. regular exercises. I highly recommend Farnborough Sports Massage & I look forward to visiting again! I had an excellent sports massage today and already feel so much better! It was a very relaxing environment, even if the massage itself found afew knotty muscles here and there! I would thoroughly recommend Farnborough Sports Massage to anyone.

I've been seeing Rich at Farnborough Sports massage for years; he is incredible. He mostly addresses my sports and weight training-related tightness and knotsn and is an absolute wizard. Cannot recommend him highly enough.
