Had an amazing signature glow facial today. Kim is so knowledgeable, explained all parts of the treatment clearly and answered any questions I had. My skin feels and looks so much better and I'm already seeing the benefits of regular treatments. Would highly recommend serene skin solutions.

Shop has a very friendly environment and made me feel very comfortable. Sam managed to complete the look i was very happy with. I didnt know what I wanted but she knew what to do and the end result was perfect. 100% recommend sam and will be using in the future

Had a delux dermaplane which was amazing. Kim is so knowledgeable and answered any questions that i had. She explained every part of the treatment and gave me great advice. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

She has helped me address my skin concerns with thoughtful recommendations and a clear understanding of my skin type. Kim put me at ease instantly, I had never had a facial before and was nervous about using products on my acne-prone skin, but Kim made me feel completely comfortable and confident. I trust her 100%. The room is lovely, the ambiance is cozy, relaxing, and soothing—perfect for a little spa retreat. Overall recommendation - I highly recommend this place
