This week, I have seen Sophie Burch for therapy, Ulli Mattsson for osteopathy and Sophie Higgins for nutritional therapy. I might as well move in! It feels as though I am being nurtured in the heart of a loving, passionate, professional, deeply caring family. Such inspiring, wonderful women. I feel so very lucky to have found this superlative, holistic wellness centre.

I'm in my late 60's and always had to pencil my brows, until now, Kate has transformed my brows from nothing to a perfect colour and shape, l can at last wear my hair off my face, be proud of my brows and say goodbye to the pencils. Kate has a very smart warm consultation room, she is friendly, helpful throughout the treatment and aftercare, takes precision to the highest level. I feel that it's definitely been worthwhile and would recommend.

Couldn't recommend Ulli highly enough. She's very skilled, knowledgeable, professional, warm, empathetic, nurturing. I felt in very safe hands. The treatment was gentle, yet powerful and had a profound effect on me. Tide Therapies is a wonderful centre for holistic wellness...how lucky we are to have it on our doorstep!

This lady is brilliant , I was made feel so comfortable and the results are amazing, highly recommend.

Kate is so warm and puts you at ease. So it is comfortable to ask her anything about the process. She takes time and care to give you the perfect result. I am so pleased with my eyebrows now. Before I had half on each side. They look so natural and you can see individual hairs. Amazing.

Lucy was amazing! My back, shoulder and head massage was to die for and then followed by reflexology 😍 I slept like a baby after! Thank you so much 100% will be back! Highly recommended xxxxx
