Today was the second facial I've had with Lucy. She is attentive and checks for comfort needs before commencing the treatment. I was made to feel so relaxed throughout. I would highly recommend.

Have nothing but positive things to say about Charlotte. She is not about the hard sell and more about what’s best for her clients. I have had huge improvements since I have been seeing her and wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

I always look forward to my treatment. Katie is amazing and makes me feel so relaxed.

I wish I could give Kate more than five stars. Since the day I made my initial enquiry with her, to my consultation and then my appointment today, she's answered all questions and alleviated all my worries. The appointment itself was flawless, painless, and Kate worked with me to find a style of eyeliner that would suit me and that I was more than happy with. She was very personable and approachable, and runs an incredible business working to make people happy. I'm so glad I found someone as wonderful as Kate

What a lovely to spend a few hours at the hairdressers. Comfortable surroundings , knowledgeable and chatty hairdresser and a cut and colouring that I love ..If you need an extremely competent hairdresser then maybe you should try Sarah ...I thank god that I found her .. I am certainly looking forward to many more Saturdays having my hair done in the future with her ..Happy me 😊

My 2 besties n I had a hour in the jacuzzi, steam n sauna room which was an added bonus finding out we had it to ourselves so was a lovely time talking without worrying about other people. Then we each had a treatment, I had the Lava shells n it was amazing too we all came away from our different treatments relaxed which was helped by the kind n friendly staff Amy n Sarah. My husband n I stay at the Yarrow hotel a few times a year as one of my besties lives down in Broadstairs and as it was my 1st time in the spa area it definitely won’t be my last xx

Katie definitely gives the best facials. She doesn’t just put the products on she massages them in relaxing all your facial muscles at the same time. She also gives you a lovely neck and shoulder massage while the products are working. Her scalp massages are fantastic too. I would highly recommend you get yourself booked in

Sarah is a lovely person and instantly made me feel comfortable on meeting her . We had a great chat about my hair and decided after both of our inputs on what I can , and need to have done .I feel very confident that Sarah is going to be a fantastic hair stylist for myself and am really looking forward to our next meeting.
