I had a great experience at Empress in Barry today. I went in to have my Helix re peirced, however they were able to still put an earring through, so I was really pleased that I didn't have to have it redone.

Had a piercing done yesterday at Empress Piercing in Barry and Lucy was absolutely amazing. She was professional, friendly, calming, and clearly very experienced. She talked me through everything, helped me choose jewellery options, and made me feel completely at ease throughout. I left feeling so much more confident and empowered. Loved it at The Nail Haven in Barry. We booked the LVL lashes and were very pleased with how they turned out. Faye was super friendly and professional. She has created a very relaxing and welcoming space and I can't wait to return.

Firstly congratulations on open new clinic:) I am attending Svetlana's treatments since 2017, and always have a great experience. Her knowledge about the human body and her treatments are amazing. From the pedicure treatment ( involving removing the dead skin and working with the health of the nails), to choosing the best quality of the nail polish, to the facial treatments and massages, as well as her very unique sugar hair removal procedures are all making me feeling very confident. I am so glad that Svetlana has managed now to share her expertise and world training with Barry.

I had Botox and filler treatment today and couldn't be happier with the experience. As a first-time client, I was made to feel welcome and at ease straight away. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt completely confident in the treatment. I've had Botox and filler several times over the years, especially lip filler, and this was by far the least painful treatment I've ever had. The difference in comfort was really noticeable. The technique was excellent. Overall, a fantastic experience. Professional, friendly and reassuring throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
