A great new find in Attleborough! I had a lovely morning with Eden, she did a fabulous job with my nails in time for my holiday. I’ll be going back again soon. 🙂

Bea is an absolute perfectionist and very talented at doing nails. I recently relocated to Attleborough from Essex and was really struggling to find a manicurist who could offer a nails to high standard. All I can say is WOW and I have found my new forever nail lady.

Abi is very professional and friendly putting me at ease during my treatment. Abi explained the process of the treatment so I knew what was happening and checked that I was ok at each stage. I was very happy with my eye lash curl and tint and have already booked my next appointment.

Training with Jamie as my PT has truly boosted my confidence, especially when it comes to using weights. His patience and supportive approach make every session both motivating and empowering. Jamie consistently challenges me to push beyond my limits in a safe and encouraging way, helping me become the best version of myself physically and mentally. Each session is well thought-out, tailored to my goals, and leaves me feeling stronger and more confident If you’re looking for a PT who is supportive, patient, and genuinely committed to helping you grow, I couldn’t recommend Jamie more highly!

I’ve had an excellent experience training at Proactivemotion, especially during my private sessions with Jamie. Jamie is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and motivating. Each session is tailored to my goals and ability level, and I’ve noticed real progress in both my strength and confidence.
