Razel is the best message therapist I have ever experienced. She is very knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and works extremely hard on addressing her customer’s concerns. I am so fortunate to be introduced to her after I moved to Basel from the United States.

Ehrlich gesagt war ich heute leider etwas enttäuscht von Aleksandra. Ich kam 10 Minuten zu spät, doch sie sagte direkt, dass keine Zeit für Farbe sei. Letzte Woche wartete ich selbst 10 Minuten, was für mich kein Problem war. Auf meine Bitte nach einer Lösung reagierte sie leider ablehnend – erst nachdem ich selbst auf der Website nachgeschaut habe, sah ich, dass jemand verfügbar war. Zum Glück war Sladana so freundlich, meine Maniküre zu beenden. Ich war bisher immer eine korrekte und loyale Kundin, deshalb war mir die Situation etwas unangenehm

Ich war heute das erste Mal bei Swiss Beauty Nails Basel. Michèle hat mir meine Nägel gemacht, ich bin super zu frieden. Sie berät einen fachlich und ehrlich zugleich. Sie hat mir Tipps gegeben und mich über den Zustand meiner Nägel informiert. Auch der persönliche Bezug zu den Menschen, finde ich sehr wichtig und steuert bei sich rundum Wohl zu fühlen. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder, vielen lieben Dank für die schönen Nägel und den tollen persönlichen Aspekt während der Behandlung.

Literally Sorcha is the best brow laminator in Basel - and let’s face it brows in general. She pays such attention to detail - absolute amazing at lash lifts too - no lash gets left behind !!! Prices are very reasonable ( in terms of Switzerland) Could not recommend any more highly. And she is a kind person. What more could you ask for ?
