I've tried several pedicure spots around town, but Erin is truly in a league of her own. From the moment we arrived, she had a warm, welcoming energy that instantly put us at ease. Her technique is fantastic — the massage alone is worth every penny. If you're looking for a pedicure experience that goes beyond the basics, look no further. Erin is the best in town, hands down!

I have been to many different nail technicians. But nothing beats the experience with Phoenix Claws by Mandy. Mandy is extremely open minded and full of patience. She has perfect eye for detail. Mandy will make all your nail dreams come true😍🥰❤️ I personally do the Freestyle design set, I walk away loving my nails every time. It is an amazing experience to be able to walk in not knowing what you may walk out with. I highly recommend, doing the freestyle design set, and giving Mandy that freedom to do what her heart desires within your comfort level of course. Thank you Mandy for everything ❤️🥰❤️

Such a wonderful experience. The massage was great,Erin is wonderful and helped with my body aches as a new mom. The space is bright and welcoming. I will be comming back such a great addition to port Alberni.

Shay has created a very warm and welcoming space. I booked a pedicure with her and immediately noticed her attention to detail and care. She is dedicated to keeping the space and her equipment clean/sterile. Easily the best pedicure I’ve ever had! I’d recommend booking with her for any of the services she offers!
