As usual, the best in town. I’ve been a customer there since 2003, when I moved to Nanaimo. Kay is the best and Russell and Jack are great as well.

Very pleased, great attentive service. The Pedicure was relaxing, lots of colours to choose from and exceptional care with the nail clean up, Her space is very clean and she takes extra care to ensure tools are clean, no cross contamination. Highly recommend.

Janelle is so kind, and welcoming, I love going to see her for my lashes. She goes above and beyond every time to make the experience comfortable and enjoyable. The app Janelle uses for booking is also the easiest to use app for appointments I’ve ever used. So easy to book/reschedule, I love it!

Alyssa was kind, patient and gentle, and very attentive to my wants/needs with my hair. I hadn't had my hair cut in over 6 months and left genuinely thrilled, which almost never happens for me! Alyssa crafted the perfect style for me and gave me some great tips for styling and maintenance. I couldn't recommend her enough!
