I had a great sports massage with Donna. The focus was on my upper body, and the pressure was just right—firm enough to work through the tension without being too much. Donna was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced, which made the whole session feel comfortable and effective. I often deal with quite a bit of soreness in my shoulders, and I definitely felt lighter and less tight afterwards. Overall, a very solid treatment and good value for the quality of care. I’d happily recommend her.
