Something I always look forward to! Michael is so easy to talk to and he really listens. Iv been going to him for 6 months now and he knows where I hold my stress and id able helps to release it. Meaning I always come out feeling as light as a cloud physically and mentally.

Always leave feeling so much more relaxed both physically and mentally. Having regular massages has helped greatly with my arthritis. The room is such a relaxing space I can feel myself start to relax the moment I arrive. I cannot recommend enough, I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else.

After my first appointment, I feel confident that Claire took the time to understand my issues and she explained how she would construct a treatment plan after a physical evaluation of the areas. She explained the aspects of treatment so I could understand what was happening and how. The treatment was surprisingly relaxing and I’m hopeful I will see some improvement over the next week. Her aftercare advice was thorough and I am looking forward to the next phase of my treatment. I thoroughly recommend Claire.

Exceptional Physiotherapy Expertise A Remarkable Professional This is an extraordinary physiotherapist whose knowledge stands out in the field. Having visited many other professionals, I have not encountered anyone with a comparable depth of understanding or the remarkable ability to accurately diagnose and effectively treat soft tissue injuries.

I work a physically demanding job where you can pick up a muscle injury fairly easily. But Knead It Sport always finds the root cause and has it dealt with. Highly recommended!

. Michael was welcoming today and offers a calm, safe prepared environment, time to converse and assimilate my mind body and soul into the experience enabling me as a new client to feel at ease. Proffessional, intuitive, relaxing, calming with attention given to problem areas shared in electronic form. ( filled out prior to attending) each client treated as unique. I took advantage of a special April offer to be able to include this self care / well-being in my budgeting. Will want to have further bookings in the future. I recommend this massage therapy session to others.
