5 stars as always. I had my eighth piercing, a rook, pierced by Ben. He was kind to me and reassuring when I was nervous. This is my sixth piercing with Urban Piercings and I’ve never had an issue, they know exactly what they are doing, they’re all very friendly and knowledgeable, and every piercing I’ve had from there has healed wonderfully. I've had all my piercings done with Eliza, they're so knowledgeable, friendly and caring I've felt so looked after I can't imagine going anywhere else! Very fast, calm and painless. I've gone back with any problems and concerns I've had and they've all been sorted. The receptionist is also very lovely and has answered all my questions. Very clean and professional. All staff are so sweet. Highly recommend :)

I came in for a jewellery change and this place never disappoints. The choice of jewellery is great, there is something for everyone. I went with a lovely hoop earring for my helix replacement. At the appointment I received advice and recommendations about the jewellery and the change was very professional and hygienic. I was given advice about how to care for my new piercing.
