Lou was amazing! Really friendly and professional. She explained each stage of the process as she was doing it and was meticulous to get the line absolutely perfect. It healed very well and quickly and Lou gave me very clear aftercare instructions. I'm thrilled with my top lid eyeliner tattoo - and had a lot of compliments about it too!

Lou took her time to map out and check I was happy with the placement of my eyebrows for the tattoo. She checked in to make sure the numbing was still working and was so attentive. Fantastic work and I am So happy with the outcome now its healed!

Lou herself is one of the most lovely people I have ever met and she is incredibly talented at what she does. This is evident through the pure passion and attention to detail she has in her work.
