Always a 10/10 experience at Arcade Eight. Every single staff member is sooo helpful and behind friendly. I genuinely look forward to my appointments so much as it's such a nice space run by the loveliest girls. Appointment with Jenny. She changed the jewellery in three of my piercings for me, and made the whole process so easy and comfortable. I always have the most amazing experience at Arcade Eight. The studio is always so clean, I feel completely at ease with every staff member, they are so knowledgeable and gentle. After care is amazing, I still have piercings now that Sophie did when I was in my late teens and I'm in my 30s now. If you're at all anxious I'd recommend booking in with Jenn, she will put you at ease and is always so understanding and patient. I recommend Arcade Eight to everyone who asks me about piercings and whenever they come back afterwards they only have good things to say to. If you're on the fence, book!

Highly professional and thoughtful. My daughter had decided on having several piercings but it was clearly too much for her. Trip to swap jewels 12 weeks after my daughter's first piercing. Laura was really friendly and helpful. She walked us through changing the studs and kindly let me do one of the ears myself whilst she patiently observed. Such a lovely place and helpful service.

Had my conch and Helix pieced by Sophie. Was a little nervous about having them done but Sophie talked me how through the process, had nothing to worry about it was done in no time and I didnt flinch once . All the other ladies in the shop were so nice. Just a great experience all round. Definitely going back for more piercings.
