Lewis is very diligent and kind, he explains the process clearly and is very upfront about the process of tattoo removal. The clinic is always wonderfully clean and I’m so glad I found this place because this is the best laser clinic I’ve been to - and I’ve been to a few clinics!

I can’t recommend Lewis highly enough for laser tattoo removal. I went in pretty nervous about the whole process: pain, results, scarring etc… Lewis put me at ease right from the consultation. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, explains everything clearly (laser types, session count expectations, aftercare), and genuinely cares about getting the best outcome for each client.

Just had my first consultation and patch test with Lewis, he’s very knowledgeable & honest also putting me at ease from the start, very considerate of the heat messaging me to make sure I was ok to make the appointment due to extreme weather & making sure the air conditioning was on for my visit, look forward to starting my course of laser treatment

I can’t recommend Jade enough. She creates such a comfortable, reassuring atmosphere and is honestly one of the loveliest people you could trust with a needle. She’s knowledgeable about ear anatomy and is honest about what will work and what won’t. She offers thoughtful alternatives rather than just doing something for the sake of it. Absolutely A star, couldn't fault the service at all, Jade made sure I was feeling comfortable as it was the first time having my septum pierced and guided me through what would happen, she made sure I was ok to carry on to the next piercing afterwards too! Thank you x
