Ash was fantastic with my 8 year old getting her ear lobes pierced for the first time. Was so friendly and made her feel completely comfortable. Was extremely patient and went through everything with her. She left saying if she was to get more piercings when shes older, she would go to Ash. Thankyou for such an amazing experience.

Absolutely amazing!! Ashton spent so much time and effort making sure my nose piercing was completely symmetrical and that my eyebrow was completely straight. I could tell how passionate he was in making sure the piercings were as perfect as possible, and they were! Absolutely brilliant as always, I'd never trust anyone else with my piercings ❤️❤️

Lucy and Ashton definitely lookafter everyone who comes through the door. I came in today for a septum piercing with Lucy. Once checked I could have it Lucy explained everything I needed to know and jewellery options and more. Lucy made sure I was happy and as comfortable as I could be before going into it. I left incredibly happy Lucy is a absolute gem and made sure I left happy and feeling great. Looking forward to having my jewellery changes and further bookings in the future.

I came in today as a walk in needing some help with a piercing that I had done in August 24. I changed my nose stud after waiting for the time I could however I didn't put the right nose ring in it's place which caused a iratation bump and the piercing closing due to the thinness of the ring. Lucy came to my rescue and put a new nose stud in and gave the irratation bump some TLC. I wouldn't of got myself into this trouble if I had gone into the studio for a a jewellery change. Lesson learned and hopefully this feedback encourages nobody to make my mistake. Thank you so much for your help Lucy

Really good experience taking my daughter for her first ear piercings today. Ash and Lucy weee so calm and patient and made the whole experience such a positive one. Thank you both. Just had a few piercings done with Lucy, daith, lobes, and nose. My daughter had 3rd lobes and helix. Amazing service, professional, and absolutely beautiful jewellery to choose from. Lucy is very friendly and knowledgeable and asks you to check if you are happy with placement before proceeding. This is the 2nd time I've been and this is my go-to place for my piercings. Highly recommend if you want a quality service.

Had such a fabulous experience getting my nipples pierced by Lucy for my birthday today!✨ I’ve always been self conscious about my boobs & I was pretty apprehensive today. I’ve been talking myself out of getting these piercings for years! But Lucy was able to put my mind at ease & make me feel incredibly comfortable within minutes! Her calm demeanour whilst talking me through the process & explaining everything to me as she was doing it really helped. I love my new piercings! Thank you so much! As always a lovely experience with the team. My medusa piercing jewellery was very much stuck. Laura and Ashton were super welcoming during my visit and Ashton was great removing my old jewellery and changing it over with ease with a new one and was very reassuring throughout the appointment. I had a great experience with Jess for my first tattoo. Jess talked me through the process and design to put me at ease and we had breaks during the tattoo itself so we could readjust and hydrate. My new tattoo is exactly what I was looking for - and Jess really brought the idea to life!
