Where do I start? Vilma was kind, caring, informative, considerate and an absolute diamond to me during my appointment. Her studio and way of working is very clean and she takes her time. Her attention to detail was amazing and she chatted with me all through my appointment, which definitely calmed my nerves. She paid attention to what I wanted and also gave me extra information about what to expect next. She's worth the wait, and worth the cost. A* 10/10 would recommend.
