Tess was great today with my eyebrow tattoo. Made me feel comfortable and made sure my eyebrows were perfect for me. One suggestion I might make is with the touch up appointment. This might be good to book at the time of booking the eyebrows as well because you are so booked out in advanced with them. I struggled to find a time as I work Monday to Friday 9-5 and my work isn’t as flexible with leaving early etc! But Emma was able to find a time for me and heard my concern with it. Thanks ladies
