Lucy is so lovely first of all! She got me in last minute with less than a days notice! You can immediately tell she knows what she is doing and can help guide you on colours for finished result! Love the little extras with the paper gown/hair net really makes a difference and makes you feel comfortable. The aftercare sheet is really handy too. Looking forward to seeing my finished result!
