Chido gave me the most amazing facial. After a hectic week it was just what I need to lie there and doze off while she pampered me. The calming music, peaceful cool room and professional staff always make Tree Spa a real treat. Thank you . The electric blanket was a great touch as was the blanket and rolled-down blinds. The ladies were very sweet and looked very smart. I have always been a fan of Tree Spa and visit and train loads of spas and have to say, the therapists and treatment were good but the staff noise coming from the staff room and the therapists chatting incessantly to each other throughout our treatment detracted from it being a 5 star experience.

I come to the Fig Trees Spa as often as my budget allows and usually with my Mom. It is a much-loved pamper we enjoy togther and the Fig Trees TreeSpa is a firm favorite with us. Wonderful staff, beautiful setting. Thank you!!

Always love my time at Tree Spa. However, it seems you added one more chair and it just felt a bit squashed today. The lady next to me was having a manicure so the therapist was almost on top of me trying to squeeze into the space between the chairs. Takes away a little from the relaxation aspect

Mel is incredibly passionate, professional and gifted. I’ve visited many, many spas from 5* to no star and she’s been my best experience. Her attention to detail in terms of her skill was so amazing, honestly I’m one of many people who felt like if you’ve been to 1 spa you’ve been to all because there’s never an exclusive experience that’s sets the spas apart, I was wrong.
