For my birthday I decided to book the spa package that included an infrared sauna session, body scrub, facial and massage. It was wonderful. The staff is really kind and welcoming. The salon has a very relaxing vibe and it is kept extremely clean. This is my second spa service here and I will be back.

I love HBL. For the past 3 years, I drive an hour every 4 months for my favorite spa package. My only feedback is that I wish they would do better with communicating when equipment that will affect my service is down. For example, there was a period a while back when the sauna was out of service, but I wasn't informed until I was taken to the back. Today the face steamer was out of service but I wasn't informed until after my service when I asked why it wasn't used. As these are a part of my package, I always look forward to them, or would least like to be made aware before arriving.

A hidden gem! I am so glad I found Health and Beauty fo Life! The spa is beautiful and serene and th everyone is wonderful. Carla was amazing, i felt so much better after my lymphatic massage. I'll be back in a few dayz.

Today was my first massage and I must say Stephanie gave me the best massage I have ever had. She also talks with you and checks to make sure you’re doing okay. I am so glad my doctor referred me to Le Physique and I will do the same if I am asked about a place. She is a sweetheart and you can tell she really cares about people and she also gives a lot of compliments my head was getting so big during my massage like yes sis sice me up lol

Stephanie and her team are amazing! I can’t recommend them enough. They are masters of their craft and it’s crazy how my body changes after each massage.

I had my first post op massage after receiving a tummy tuck, muscle repair and lipo and my referral lead me to the perfect place!!! Stephanie was very personable, professional and her blessed hands had me sleeping within the first 15 minutes!!! Can’t wait for my next massage!!!
