This is the second time I’ve been to Silky Head Spa. And it was just as amazing as the first time. They are sweet, and just want to make you feel refreshed by the end of it. I recommend and will definitely be making another appointment. My shampoo specialist was Han and she was so kind to make sure the pressure, the water temperature everything was to my liking. Shes wonderful.

Absolutely loved my visit to the spa! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond by providing snacks, tea, and more, making for a truly pampered experience. The environment was cozy and welcoming, which set the perfect tone for relaxation. A special shout-out to the massage therapist who was exceptionally professional and skilled. Can't wait to return for another blissful day! Highly recommend this spa to anyone needing a little self-care.

Tina and Hannah were amazing! They were so kind, always making sure we were comfortable. Each time Hannah was going to do something, she explained what she was about to. The massages were incredible, and their attention to detail was above and beyond! I'm only visiting from Seattle—but if I ever come back to SJ, I would revisit them again! The best head spa experience I've ever had.

Both me and my boyfriend got deep tissue massages with massage therapists we had never seen before and we both will definitely be back. The space is clean and inviting and they have very talented employees. They helped with both of our neck and shoulder pains. I loved when they stretched my limbs especially the leg stretches, and the pressure was perfect and very firm when she dug into my knots.

I love coming here. I had a 1 hour deep tissue massage. Cindy was my therapist and she was absolutely amazing. I may have accidentally fallen asleep once, it was that great. I highly recommend DAI NAM SPA and I will be returning soon.

I had such a wonderful experience at Jen Head Spa in San Jose! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and welcoming. I had my session with Tina, and she was absolutely amazing—professional, gentle, and incredibly attentive throughout the whole treatment. The entire experience was deeply relaxing. You can really tell they care about every detail—from the soothing environment to the technique. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and completely relaxed. This was my first visit, but definitely not my last. Highly recommend if you’re looking to unwind and treat yourself!

Amazing service. Scheduled my fiancé the full Jen Head treatment for her birthday. They threw in an extra lip service at no cost as a birthday present. Very friendly. Very knowledgeable when it comes to a dry scalp. Amazing job, my fiancé was very happy and looked extremely relaxed at the end. Smells great walking in. Calm relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend Jen Head Spa.

My daughter got me a gift certificate, and I wasn't really sure what to expect but Jen's head spa definitely went above and beyond any expectations I had. I brought my friend for her birthday and we got the 90 minute Jen's special with the facial. The experience was absolutely amazing beginning with the scalp assessment, a back massage including some hot stones, then the neck and scalp treatment with the facial, finishing with the foot soak and blow dry. We were relaxed and glowing when we left, and already planning our next visit. Tina and Lina were amazing therapist ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Jen Head Spa was a lovely and relaxing experience for me and my partner. It was our first time trying a hair spa and didn’t know what to expect. We bought the Getaway package of the basic scalp therapy and relaxing facial as a way to get to know the place. The scalp therapy was amazing and my scalp felt much cleaner afterwards. The blow dry at the end is just that - a blow dry. So don’t expect more. The facial was relaxing, but basic. If you want a more inclusive facial service, don’t book the Getaway. Get an actual facial. Overall, it’s a nice place.

It's a small shop but the attention atmosphere is relaxing and Hanna was excellent! This was my first scalp massage/head bath spa experience and it was divine! As an African American weigh 4B/C hair, I was concerned about the products used and styling but the products used were fine and I brought my own leave in conditioner and hair setting foam for a curly set with a partial diffuser dry instead of the blow dry that was included. I think I might get my scalp massaged here once a month! The facial and back massage were great too!

jen head spa is sooo worth it. linda did my service and she was AMAZING! i got the classic head spa for 35min for $79 (paid $66 because they had a sale). it felt so luxurious for the most basic/simple package. head spa and massages were amazing!! ended with red light & blow dry!

Theresa made my first lash lift and brow lamination amazing! I can’t believe I was considering micro blading a couple months ago! So happy I used some growth serum and waited. My brows and lashes have never looked so good.

What a find! Silky Headspa is a hidden gem. I’ve been looking for somewhere that specializes in head & scalp message. I had a wonderfully relaxing experience and will definitely return.

I highly recommend Phoebe as your masseur. She was so good! She got all my knots on my back, neck and shoulders, which most masseurs were not able to do for me in the past! It feels so great! I’ve been to a hand full of massage spas in Bay Area but this place is by far the best. I will be back for sure!

This was my first headspa and it was good but I chose the 30 min. treatment and was going by what the spa menu read and some things were missed but it was worth the treatment with the discount.

I truly relaxing and wonderful stress reducing experience! I highly recommend Thuy who was my spa professional. I loved the massage to my face, , arms and fingers. The head shampoo was stimulating and relaxing at the same time. Treat yourself and let Thuy perform her magic!

I was welcomed warmly with offer of water and snacks. I got their package for the head spa & facial. Started with a foot soak and then you change in the room . You get a back and neck massage , mask for the hand and paraffin for the feet. Facial followed by the head spa. Truly a pampering experience. Loved it . Will return for sure .
