i was impressed with the cleanliness of the store and the warm greeting i received, however i was concerned about being the only ones there at the time so I couldnt feel totally relaxed for safety reasons. I was hoping for a more spa experience as far as smells, quietness as everything was more cheap perfume fragrance and I heard double music. I was also looking for more headspa experience with more relaxing head massage and water massage. The technician was very sweet and respectful of my time and non speaking which I requested. I came to Elite before my vacation and recently returned for a fill. As an introvert, I love the calm, relaxing atmosphere where I can enjoy my appointment without feeling pressured to make small talk. After a bad experience at another salon that left my eyes irritated for days, Emma completely restored my trust. Vivian did such a wonderful job. She made sure I was comfortable and encouraged me to express my needs/wants and comfort level. I almost feel asleep 😴 during my head spa treatment. I got the Diamond treatment and my scalp feels amazing. I felt pure relaxation. I am the type of person who doesn’t like engaging in small talk conversations during any spa sessions; Vivian was very considerate of that. We were able to have a small conversation once the session was finished. It was truly a wonderful sensory experience for me 10/10 🤗.
