This is a clean modern spa. I thoroughly enjoyed my treatments and will go again very soon! I had the lymphatic massage followed by a sauna and then the foot bath. It was amazing!!

This is a truly healing place. As a mom, taking time for myself is so important and this spa is truly worth the time. The red Dao bath is so luxurious and hearty. By far, one of the best self-care spa experiences I’ve ever had! I can’t wait to try all the different options that Sapa Spa and Wellness provides! The ambiance is relaxing, the service is great. Absolutely love the Red Dao herbal bath. It is also set up so if you want to go with a friend or friends, you can still communicate while in your own personal/private room. Can’t recommend enough!

Each time I do this breathwork with Christian I go a bit deeper and have profound shifts in my consciousness. I am shown things and given information that allows me to stay focused on the New Earth about to unfold for all of humanity. Sapa is also one of the most beautiful spas I have seen in a while. Thang, the owner and her coworker showed such love and care to all of us, going above and beyond, making fresh herbal tea and hand delivering it to us in the Salt room and making us feel comfortable.

It was my second time ever getting lash extensions and first time seeing Melissa. She did amazing. She considered my eye shape and asked me questions to find the best set for me. Her space is so relaxing and I was so cozy during my appointment. Gracias Mel! I love my lashes.✨
