Lea is a 3c/4a expert! I went for a big chop to remove BTX damage, and she was so empathetic, carefully feeling the texture before starting. She did a meticulous dry, curl-by-curl cut, perfectly executing the soft, feminine face-framing I wanted. She truly appreciated my natural ash blonde colour and even gave me a natural chamomile tip to maintain the tone. Despite being busy, she went above and beyond, ensuring my hair was 100% dry before I hit the Amsterdam cold. A celebratory, professional experience—I felt in such safe hands! 🪷

I loved my experience at Essence! I took my friend here for a massage, and I had a facial and both treatments left us feeling so relaxed and amazing. The spa area and facilities are super nice too but the most wonderful thing about our experience was the staff; both therapist were not just extremely knowledgeable they were also the kindest, warmest and most welcoming and did everything they could to give us a perfect experience! I can highly, highly recommend!

Really nice experience overall! The appointment started with a consultation about what I like about my hair, what I wanted to keep or change, and my main struggles. She then did a dry cut, followed by a wash with a rich conditioner. The chair even had a massage function, and the scalp massage with a hair scrub was incredibly relaxing. After drying my hair, she carefully checked everything and made final adjustments. The whole appointment took about 1.5 hours, and she also took before-and-after photos. Plus, we had a lovely chat throughout. Highly recommended!

Thank you Paula!!! She has been wonderful, I didn’t expect to feel so relaxed after just 30 minutes of massage. She pays attention to use techniques that fit you - in my case some warm stones and even a bit of massage gun - and checks in that everything is okay. I strongly recommend!!

It was my second appointment with Saïyn and I couldn't be any happier. She is really good on studying the hair, bring solutions and also on giving good advices. Not to mention the haircut itself.
